All membership prices will be staying the same for existing members.

Our gym is about to undergo a big transformation as we invest and elevate our gym to another level.

 

Our elevation will see OneGym Navan undergo a refurbishment including:

 

  • REFURBISHED MAIN GYM INCLUDING NEW DÉCOR, FLOORING AND LIGHTING.

  • A WIDE RANGE OF ADDITIONAL GYM AND PLATE LOADED EQUIPMENT.

 

  • A DEDICATED LADIES ONLY AREA.

  • BRAND NEW STUDIOS INCLUDING A DEDICATED SPINNING STUDIO AND A LARGE GROUP CLASS STUDIO.

All Monthly and Annual Memberships are collected by Ashbourne Membership Management.

To cancel your direct debit membership please email the Ashbourne at membershipsie@ashbournemanagement.co.uk of your wish to cancel membership. Please state your name, the gym you are a member of and your reference number.

Cancellation requests must be sent at least two weeks prior to the Direct Debit collection date and you must also inform your bank.

Cancellations cannot be requested or facilitated at the gym reception.

Requests to change bank details must be made 14 days prior to the next scheduled payment collection date in order to process on time. Please state the following along with your request to change account details: Your full name, the gym location you are a member of and your reference number, along with new account details.

Yes. There is plenty of car parking available.

No. Our gyms are exactly that. GYMS. We offer the best in cardio equipment, resistance machines, free weights, strength and conditioning and functional training.

No. Lockers cannot be used overnight, and all locked lockers are cut at the end of the evening for health and safety reasons.

No. Booking is not required.

We have a limited number of classes running currently. But once our new studios are built it will allow us to run a lot more Classes!

In the interest of hygiene all members must carry and use a hand towel when training to wipe down the equipment and mats after use. Surface cleaner and tissue is also provided. You cannot be on the gym floor unless you carry a hand towel. We also strongly recommend everyone to carry water when exercising.

Dumbbells range from 2kg- 40kg.

Our plates range from 5kg-25kg

It means exactly that. There is no contract. The minimum term is the first month plus the joining fee. Membership can be cancelled after the minimum term payment is made. Cancellation requests must be sent at least two weeks prior to the Direct Debit collection date and you must also inform your bank.

As soon as you join you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. The membership is current and starts immediately upon payment. On your first visit to the gym, you must collect a Membership Card. Valid Photo ID is required. (Passport, driver’s licence, or Garda Age Card only).

Members must be 16 years or older to join. Guests also must be 16 years or older to join. ID is required in the form or a Passport, Drivers Licence or Garda Age Card only.

Yes absolutely. Please ask at the reception and a member of the team will show you around.

Absolutely, we sell Guest Passes for €10.00.

Yes. You will receive a membership card on your first visit to the gym. You can only gain access to the gym upon production of your membership card. You must scan your membership card at the turnstile to gain entry on every visit. There is no access to the gym without a membership card. If you are an existing member, we will be exchanging your old membership card with a new OneGym card. A member of our team will assist you with this when you next check in.

There is no access to the gym without your membership card.

No. Your card is unique to you and Your membership card is for your use only and is your responsibility. Any misuse of your card may result in your membership being canceled. For security and validation reasons, management reserves the right to scan each member’s card at the reception turnstiles in the gym. 

A replacement card can be purchased at the reception. Replacement cards are €10.

Annual and Direct Debit memberships will be considered for suspension on medical grounds. The time missed will start from the date you informed the gym in writing and must be accompanied by a Doctor’s note to a maximum of 6 months.

Memberships are not transferable from gym to gym or person to person.

Thorough cleaning takes place throughout the day. Deep cleaning takes place after we close.

We close on the following days:

  • 25th December
  • 1st January
  • 17th March
  • Easter Sunday

Yes. Should you require this, we will provide an induction in how to operate the gym equipment. Please ask a member of the fitness team at reception.

No. We do not offer Wi-Fi as part of the membership service.
